    • All transfer rates are net in HK dollars, driver service tips & luggage handling charges are inclusive.
    • Toll and parking are inclusive except On-hire service.
    • Gate charges for cruise terminals are excluded.
    • All arrival transfer services are for passenger flight only. On-hire rate will be applied for private jet or Cargo flight.
    • The maximum capacity of luggage compartment is the limit of luggage handling limit.
    • The maximum waiting time for each transfer:
      • Arrival at airport: 1 hour 15 mins after flight landed
      • Arrival at cruise terminal, railway station and pier: 15 minutes after designated pick up time
      • Departure & other transfers: 15 minutes after designated pick up time
      • After free waiting time, 50% of hourly rate will be charge for every 30 mins.
  • Cancellation policy:
    • Cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the service date - Full charge
    • No show - Full charge
  • Surcharge will be levied for:
    • On-hire service embarkation/ drop-off at Airport or Tung Chung Area - additional HK$200
    • Extra stop during one way transfer (same zone en-route) - additional HK$100 per stopover
    • Service between 23:00-05:59 - additional HK$200
    • Service under Tropical Storm Signal No.8 - additional HK$500 (Reserved right to Provide Service)
    • Service under Rainstorm Black Warning - additional HK$500 (Reserved right to Provide Service)

  • Terms and Conditions of Carriage
    • Starry Travel & Tours Limited assumes no responsibility for making connections on any other means of transport for overseas bound or for attending important conference or functions. No loss or damage shall be claimed by passenger regarding the punctuality of car service.
    • Liability for loss or damage to baggage is limited to total loss HK$500.00 per piece and a maximum claim of HK$1,000.00 in the case of one passenger irrespective of any number of baggage claimed.
    • Starry Travel & Tours Limited assumes no liability for any loss of property or valuable articles inside the baggage; any loss of personal belongings in the vehicle, fragile or perishable articles and any legal fees and cost of any kind relating to the passenger’s claim.
