- Starry Travel & Tours Limited assumes no responsibility for making connections on any other means of transport for overseas bound or for attending important conference or functions. No loss or damage shall be claimed by passenger regarding the punctuality of car service.
- Liability for loss or damage to baggage is limited to total loss HK$500.00 per piece and a maximum claim of HK$1,000.00 in the case of one passenger irrespective of any number of baggage claimed.
- Starry Travel & Tours Limited assumes no liability for any loss of property or valuable articles inside the baggage; any loss of personal belongings in the vehicle, fragile or perishable articles and any legal fees and cost of any kind relating to the passenger’s claim.
